Property owed by parents only help if they r sponsoring you for student visa. Showing that they have enough money and assets for u to go school. Concept here in canada is home owned by ur parents is not urs.

Yes if u say she is travelling with you. Otherwise she being on supervisa doesnt really make ur case any stronger.

If ur only 3 months away from getting pr. Why would u wanna come to canada on tourist visa and waste money travelling twice within 4 month period... anyway the other thing is u never know when they r gonna ask for ur passport and medical for ur pr. And thirdly trv doesnt have a fixed time frame...

Applied on sept 24th for my aunt (mothers sister) for tourist visa. Got the passport back on oct 7th with 10 year visa. No travel history.

For passport request from Ottawa pilot if they give u the option of sending it to high commission or vfs... Vfs is way faster to get visa
