Thank you Scylla and Leon....I will have to leave without my son then....again....It's so unfair....and hurtful.

I live in Canada now but returned only to pick up my son. I was able to sponsor them BECAUSE I proved that I live there. I have been back in the gulf since the 4th of July. I am still here waiting for my husband n son's passports to return.

I moved to Toronto in August. I left my husband and 2 year old son so I could move to Canada and sponsor them. We are Indian but live in the Gulf. I have been a Permanent resident of Canada much before I got married. I applied for their sponsorship in October. I got an approval letter from them...
