like user828 mentioned just because they havent started eligibility does not mean much. all my things were done in a few short period once they start working on my file.

they are not accepting any new application. there is no pause of either step 1 or 2.

it wont, probably anywhere between 6-12 months would be more realistic.

it all depends on your travel history etc although a year is excessive in any case.

i suggest ordering GCMS notes to get a better idea of whats going on.
