Just got a email today from e-CAS tracker, "We sent you a letter on July 13, 2010 about the decision on your application." Woo Hoo!!! Hopefully now, paperwork has been sent to Buffalo.

I am not sure of the page we missed. My wife took photo copies of everything and she had a photo copy of the page they said we didn't send. So not sure how we missed sending it in. As far as name and dob, I never say anything about either.

I have to expect the worst and hope and pray for the best. Which I am so hopping everyone is right since it was minor fixes. Thanks for your encouragement.

My wife has not changed her name either. We decide to keep her last name until I move there. samba1234: I wouldn't think changing the last name proves it is genuine. A marriage certification proves it was a legit communion.

Wife has fixed the issues and have already put it back in the mail for 2 day delivery! Back to waiting again. I used to be a patient guy, not anymore!!
