Thats normal, same as my cousin, PPR but all other process were still in progress. If you received a passport request then submit, go to VFS and bring your letter. Why bother on the in progress status.

you have to create a EE profile because if you are nominated the 600points will be automatically added to your EE, and the acceptance of nomination will be on the EE profile as well.
