Apparently my wife's name will be changed since she has to re-issue her passport to get the Police Certificate. I am not sure what is the procedure after she changes her name. I believe we have to notify our visa office about it. Is that a big hassle ? Because she can get her passport re issued...

If the local authorities demand your presence, then apply through BLS-India, if you are able to get it from India then thats fine too.

Hello people. I just received my Police Certificate from RCMP. I was wondering if just an RCMP Background check letter inidicating that I do not have any criminal record is enough or do I need fingerprinting done too ?

I guess a work permit, if you're getting your PR stamped by then, then you don't need a work permit. I don't know if you require an LMO or something like that. Please confirm that with someone.
