Thanks Sunny. I was confused because this option was not available when I applied. I mailed my passports directly to the Canadian High Commission New Delhi.

So it means, submitting to VFS is an option not a requirement. Because when I applied bak in the day, I mailed it directly to the canadian high commission and VFS option was not even available....
