    ask this question is because I have house and cars in US. can't sell them in such a short time frame. If I quit my job in US, i have to apply B-1/2 visa to enter US. Anyone has the experience?

    is anyone check no be cashed after one month

    I submit my full document at June 6 and received by office June 9. However, My casher's check has not been cashed yet... I saw everyone get their check cashed in one week or two. Wonder what is the problem of my case

    Oct 2009 applicant (US H1-B) Get Document Request from Alberta.

    Does it mean that My case is not far from approve? I submit my application last Oct 2009. everyone told me it is about 12 month wait... But I got document request in 5 months. and email saying case under review.... any idea??
