Does that mean the CIC has waived the requirements for all business (entrepreneur) immigrants? It could be since they have discontinued entrepreneur category altogether.

Perhaps I did not word that correctly. I started my business in July 2010 and SUBMITTED MY IM 5547 IN JULY 2011 as directed by CIC in their letter dated May 2011.
