I had created a Express Entry immigration profile when EE was launched. Now i decided to go for higher studies. Will my EE profile cause a issue when i apply for study permit ?

8 years back i worked for a Pharma company for a year. I am applying under the same NOC. After that i have been working for a BPO in finance field. Should i collect reference letter from BPO firm too ? or just the Pharma company reference letter would suffice ??
