It is mentioned in CIC , that the current processing time of PR renewal is 109 days , for applications received until 14 Sept. .. , I applied on 5 Oct., and my file transferred to a local office in Toronto. My question is : Can I pick my new PR card on 25 of Jan. 2010 ???
