    many people have received their visa with this mistake so don't worry about it. Only problem that you may run in to when they will issue your pr card and in that case they will request you to send pictures again.

    Electronic submission won't be a problem. They might double check with your bank. I am not sure about timeline but verification is a good sign as I know they use to do that before as well.

    I said no to job offer and LMIA and I guess thats the difference between CEC AND FSW. Mine was CEC. and I graduated from here as well.

    They are $5 if you select access to information and privacy act option is free. And it takes exactly 1 month for you to receive them.

    Notes are free. And there is nothing wrong in ordering them. Its your right to know what's happened with your application. I have ordered them once before for my wife's visa refusal and they were really helpful for my next application.
