    To increase your confusion: there was a guy on this forum, he was awarded two years pgwp after studying masters in concordia. Some guys were saying its because its 45 credit hours program, not 60 as in other universities.

    Some universities may give him admission but chances are rare. He should prepare for GRE, a good GRE can somehow cover your cgpa. But still to show his academic competence he will have to rely on a VERY GOOD SOP, some publications ....

    Its very easy, just do a fake marriage in Pakistan or marry a kaam wali (housemaid) to show you home ties . Otherwise they have a very strong point in rejecting your application.
