I thought name and birthday was sufficient for the back of the photo? Do you need to include the date the photo was taken?

In certain places (e.g. 0008) there are spaces provided directly on the paper for photos. Are we to attach the photos ourselves in the provide spaces, or do we just include an envelope containing all the properly labelled photos? thnx ???

Yes, they will issue a temp passport, but you have to have had started the CCCertificate application process prior to your son's 2nd birthday. (That's a lot of haves and hads). I just went through the same ordeal.

I just tried to reach CIC by phone, from Japan. The operator told me that the 1-888 number that they gave me is not available in our area. How do I go about contacting them? Or is that wishful thinking? :'(
