here it is... a) Took the pedestrian walkway to US after paying 50 cents toll (for each person landing). Walked over to US immigration. b) US officers asked for our passports and made us wait 5-10 mins and issued the administrative refusal letter for not having US visa addressed to CBSA...

Landed.... @rainbow bridge on 24th May. Everything went very smoothly. No issues what so ever.

Received COPR & Passports with Immigrant VISAs stamped today in 1 week exact :P Will land soon... what a relief... wooho..... happy.....

So does it mean that they complete the eligibility first before sending out the medical requests?

Received MR (for both) & RCMP request (only for my spouse) today :) Timelines - App Filed - 17th May 2012 AOR - 4th Sept 2012 MR & RCMP - 24 Jan 2013. All the best for the guys still waiting!! God bless!!!

Hi Andy2109, I have similar case. My employer doesnt provide a letter stating duties. He only provided letter stating Position, employed since & salary. In addition, I submitted - a) a write up stating the duties (not written by supervisor). b) contract. c) work permit petition submitted to CIC...

Hi msnpr, Did you provide any supporting documents apart from reference letter? e.g. Petition submitted to CIC for your work permit, your contract with employer (if any), some write up from you stating the roles & responsibilities ? OR did you just submit the reference letter?
