    @draxz1289: I am under the impression that the OP will be under implied status, provided the OP doesn't leave the country after August 30th and before getting the PGWP. Doesn't that mean that the OP can continue working?

    good to know, I've just realized that I'm not sure how to interpret the processing times in the cic website, say I've submitted my application on July 11th and on that day the processing time is 44 days, while now it's 50 something, should I still be counting 44 days or 50 something from July 11th?

    right now it seems like the processing time is 44 days. Does your 42 days match the expected processing time in the CIC website? I'm just wondering if that is an average or it's more likely that the real processing time will be longer.
