Guess I missed some wordings in my post. My PP was requested n to b submitted to NDVO. Vfs global guys informed that sending PP to India was illegal n AUH would be stamping my visa.

Thank you Avinir. Received 2 emails. 1st from DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca stating that medical forms would be sent in a separate mail n with CIIP attached. 2nd mail was from Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca which had the medical forms for me n my dependants.
