any update from anyone who got RQ during sep / oct 2012? I am trying to cross check, if there is any actual updates on the rq cases, as the current cic processing times stats that, uptil sep 2012, it is taking 35 months for non routine applications. Thanks in advance.

submitted application on December 14, 2011. AOR December 14, 2011. started processing on July 5, 2012. Test date: September 17, 2012 RQ on same date: September 17, 2012 Submitted RQ docs: Oct 29, 2012 File transferred to St.Clair: Dec 2012. and now I am waiting.

I applied to with 1097 days, no issues, you can apply as long as you stay the number of days required. I got an RQ though at the test time, as I am IT consultant.

yes. They would move the file.

it means, if officer is satisfied that you stayed in Canada for 1095 or more days and he does not have any doubts on info provided in the application.
