Hi, I have checked my status and it is showing decision made. What does it mean because i have not received medical request yet. i guess it is not a good sign. please guide me. thank you.

i have received the additional document request by TCS. they have not sent me it on my mailing address. i received it personally from TCS after receiving a call from TCS.I'm also from Pakistan.
