I went to pickup my surrender certificate in person at the end of May, I reached there around 1.45pm thinking need to get there earlier but I was 2nd person in line. They start letting people enter at 3 for pickup. The line up is combined for OCI, surrender etc.

Does anyone know if I can apply for OCI with a copy of the citizenship certificate and not the original? I will be going to Brampton office.

Hello, wanted to ask about the COPR requirement for OCI. I have a copy of my COPR but dont have the original with me anymore. Does anyone know if they will ask for original or is the copy sufficient? Asking since I am planning to apply for my OCI in few months.
