well i agree with snap shot.. but tats almost 7000 people in Q1.. so if it maintains tat average its gonna be abt 28000 ppl over the year.. last year they sent 31,063 ITA's and they wanna reduce it this year... I understand the back log tat they wanetd to finish last year, but chances are it...

This report by CIC is very confusing.. they mentioned that they have only 2510 people with CRS higher than 450 point.. but the number of ITA's issued since the date of report is about 9467.. so did they include dependants bcoz I dont think so many ppl would just keep declining ITA over and over...

since april 2015 this is the lowest number of ITAs issued..
