The second AOR is actually a new file number along with some instructions on what to do while your documents are being processed. If you have not received this e-mail since May it is really abnormal. I think you should send an enquiry to Damascus. good luck

dear Arash. You received your second AOR from Damascus in the same month as me. Have you heard any promising news from the office lately? I was reviewing time lines of applicants in other visa offices. I was just surprised to see they are receiving their visas. This nice office is a bit lazy!!!!! :)
