Yes, my FIL retired from military as well. No update, no additional request as of now except biometrics. Some members have reported being asked for service records.

ok, now it looks like it is adding up. Our application also got stuck in security . My FIL also had military background but they never really asked for any additional docs. Looks like entered into the infinite loop now with no timeline whatsoever aka non-routine applications. It's an irony how...

applied Jan 31 and again no update. by any chance do any of you folks got requested any additional documents or have government/military record?

No, you can't. For PGP applications it is either through GCKey or ECAS.

yup, that's all we can do at this point. I am really praying for PPR soon.
