sidestep4u - did you call up BLS ? If the OCI is in vancouver, then there is no reason for you not to have got it by now.

I applied more recently. Here is my timeline. I fedexed the package from Alberta on June 1st. It received by BLS international on June 5th. I received a surrender certificate on June 16th. I am still waiting to receive OCI. I believe i should get it shortly.

It says on my receipt that it will take one month, the reason I posted on here was because I was curious to know if it really took the full one month or did they mail it back to you in 2.5 weeks or 3 weeks.

Vizzy nuts thanks for the update. Just curious, did you have to submit your Canadian passport for the U-sticker ? do they mail you the OCI card with signature required and tracking or is it just dumped on the regular mail box ?

What can I even do ? Atleast I can hold canadapost/ passport service accountable if it is tracked w/signature option required and it is missing
