Passport received by NY Consulate on 5/15 and I received it back (with Visa stamped and COPR) on 5/23.

Did any one with Jan 2012 transfer date got any further progress. I think it is a good idea to initiate FBI background check again while we are waiting for progress from VO, this will save time. Signing for next IELTS date will also be good if your score is getting 2 year old, VO might ask for...

I think this is applicable for all because the its the overall limit they are monitoring irrespective of which VO is handeling the cases. This is my understanding unless anyone else differs. Thanks

I received my 2nd AOR from Buffalo on November 18th. My full documents were received by VO on July 13th. Thanks and all the best to all.

Hopefully July candidates will start hearing from Buffalo in the month of December. All July-mates can expect to be in Canada by July 2011. All the best !!!

Thanks Saki....last time I sent a case specific enquiry but without looking at my case, they just replied that cases might take upto 30 weeks. I have no idea whether my application has been received or no....The courier update says it has been delivered but no status change from VO.
