hi everyone! just got back may passport w/ visa!! nov15 received passport request nov 28 sent passport to cem dec 10 received passport w/ visa @sammy once u got ur ppr visa expiry date will b indicated in the letter. so i assumed going to canada by feb or mar :)

under family stream. its 7months after my medical exam. yes it takes too long but i'm still thankful. i'm planning to go there nxt year maybe on feb since my visa expiration will be on apr2 2010.

visa application :-) it started as soon as cem receives your complete visa application package.

hi to all. i just went to cem last friday just to follow up on my application. a follow up slip was given to me and it says there that visa application waiting period is 11months after cem received your application. mine is received on mar23 2009, so i have to wait up to feb2010 for cem response.

what's taking it so long? my uncle and his family just had 2-3months of waiting after they underwent medical.

any good news fr anyone? tired of waiting for ppr, its already been 5 months after i underwent medical :-(

@ndd0917 they requested for my cenomar, and cert of employment.. yes i already paid the right of permanent of residence fee and the landing fee :-)

hi miguelito25, when did u underwent ur medical? and how many months did it take before u receive ur ppr after undergoing medical? thanks..

just to add on my application: i already received request for missing docs together w/ my medical request last mar2009.. month after, underwent medical and sent requested docs to CEM.. up to now, still haven't heard anything fr CEM.. hopefully ppr will arrive soon!!
