October 12, 2012 applicant. Sponsor received AOR july 5, 2013, according to them the AOR was dated july 2, 2013. God bless us all. :D

Yes, you have to accomplish the sp1 and sp2 for your sponsor. We have the same situation my sponsor is my mother's first cousin(distant relative) would fall under general stream.
