Mine is also in process since 2010. Sent my passports on 19th of this month. There are some cases who get DM when their passports are in courier. You'r now completing your time for getting back the passports & God willing they will be soon in your hands. Cheers!

You can send send an equiry to your visa officer marked as urgent.

I also got the same response, seems that pprs are temporarily on hold.
