I think you need to download the form from FBI website, because they asked for a copy of my permit in Canada. I want to use them so that I don't have to wait for months. if you do it yourself is just $18

they called my own employer after 3days so relax as long the information you gave them matches what you summited. there should be no problem. when they talk to my employer I got my in less than 5min. good luck
