I applied for SOWP, I want to check the processing times , so I need to select work permit extension (New employer) or I need to select only work permit. Because both have different processing times.

I suggest you to attach copy of your nomination certificate because I know many guys who apply for BOWP during their PR process and they got refusal because they didn't attached Nomination certificate in their documents. I can share their contact with you if you want so you can talk to them...

I am not sure that these things causes delay but I am 100 % sure that MP, GCMS notes , CSIS notes or lawyer can't help you out because I knock every door multiple times , the only thing left is prayers which I am doing now...
