I am on the same boat. The Tokyo visa office requested PPR and RPRF fees on the 28th of April. Passports reached on the 30th of April. Since then waiting. It doesn't say "DECISION MADE" yet. Keep checking my ECAS status everyday. Let us keep this thread live.

The visa office received our passports on April 30th. How long before the ECAS changes to " DECISION MADE"? I paid the RPRF fees on the 28th of April, 2010. Hope I get our visas within this month!
