This delay is normal. If you go through that thread carefully, you would be able to understand the same. There are only few lucky people who received medical forms within 48 hrs .as mentioned in the first mail.

hi, its really hard to know how their system works . I received my GCMS last week which shows due date under Medical is 01/10/2011.it means i was suppose to receive it almost a year ago if that due date thing apply.
