You are actually living with your wife since Dec 2012 how can they refuse you ? I understand why it was rejected for the first attempt but in your second attempt You did your reception plus all normal proofs for last 2 years. If they refuse again then it will be black day for CHC - wrong decision.

If they kept your passport that means they might even get you visas. I know what you must be going through mine is similar case re applied one.

By any chance do you know why was it rejected in inland. What made it a successful attempt from outland ?

In my case it was lack of evidence on the first try. On the second time I prepared no less then 200 pics , 100 pure evidences of genuine relationship. I prepared everything in detail. Also countered there misunderstanding with proof which they might have had in our first attempt. PPR does not...
