Hi Everyone i sent full documents in march and got my 2nd AOR on 22 march 2010. But today my e-cas status changed to visa office eligibility review complete instead of in process. i am tensed kindly give your opinion.

Hi all I got my aor letter from CHC ND on 22 march . I send my documents on 8 march .

kindly add me inthe list my application was reached on 8 oct at cic and i got aor on 8 jan 2010

I am still waiting my aor after 75 days. anybody has any idea.

I have sent my application on 28 th of sept. to cis canada but i have not got my aor. I am still waiting for response. ::) :-\ waiting is very painful >:(

Dear all the documents are required at second stage and you should send all the documents as mentioned in checklist for more info visit cic website.

very sorry , you will get a letter from chc nd. if you want to know more about the detail of your application you may order caips notes .

dear vmpvmp if you do not send full documents in 120 days . then chc consider you are not interested in canada so generate refund .so there is no problem in reapplying......

Dear the source of information is cic website and forums . you can see op6 manual. if you have no money problem then you can apply now because you will get refund later.

This is not possible to apply under aeo when you have got aor for fsw1 . you have to apply a fresh case under fsw 2 and for your first case you can take your processing fees back by not sending documents in 120 days to your local visa office and CHC will make refund for you.

you should send recent payslips .

you can apply if your total exp. is one year 37.5 hours per week . count your exp. that is part time according to this criteria if you have one year of continuous exp. and your job duties match with lead statement then you can apply under 4131 .
