Does it mean the separate sheet is a blank white paper....and you can just type in the form ëx. "Please see main duties in separate sheet"? And the main duties in the separate sheet should mirror the JD in your certificate of employment?

Another one of my million questions! For those who are applying and will not include their dependents yet, what do you usually say as reason why dependent is not accompanying you? I think this is one of the disadvantage of not having a consultant :'(. Thanks!
