Just an observation, Calgary Oath invite to Oath is always around 40 days, other cities are usually 15-20 days. This means processing is faster but Oath ceremonies are the bottleneck.

Per my experience, it updates in the morning. Both my test and oath invite came via email. The next morning when I got to office, I checked the ecas between 8-9AM and it showed the update.
