Yes! We're in Kitchener and they received our application on December 20, 2017. My husband got the invite on Ocober 31 and we just completed the test and interview this morning (November 14). They told us that the ceremony would probably be "sooner rather than later." :)

Our file can be updated with a bit more detail... Fingerprints were sent on April 23. Another document was requested on May 29, which they received on June 22.

That's a difficult one to answer. There's been some evidence that they send out the COPRs on the same day that ECAS turns to DM. But then again, some people have received their COPR before it's even turned to DM... so Lord knows.
