I got my copr today . So my question is how to apply my PR Card ?

I am USA Green card holder probably that played the part to Speed up the process

I called today they said my application for PR is approved but i am still waiting for confirmation in my email

On my ecas it showing that they started working on application on oct 8 after that i heard nothing .. I am from ontario and i sent application on june 3 they received it on june 10 . Is that normal or should i call them to get update ?
