thanks kashif. But what if i applied at jan 2013...and they start processing my papers at june or july ? Would it be applicable then ? thats why im asking how long does it take after you send your papers for them to start processing it ??

i was told to send a "pay slip" with the documents. the thing is my employer gives me my salary in hand in cash. so i dont have any pay slips. what should i do ? can i ignore the pay slip ? or is it important to send it ? plz someone help me with this.
