My wife just got her medical done in Scarborough with Dr Dharmavathy. very nice doctor and very good staff. Doctor's fee $135. X-ray $38 and Blood test $15 Total $188 cash Thanks

I didnt give any specific reason. I told them that we have already applied for the sponsorship and during this time would like to spend some time together. you can include specific occasions like we mentioned in the letter that we would like to spend Eid , Christmas and our birthdays together...
