When they complete the COPR, perhaps the same day you receive it. Mine was dated 3 jan, I received it on 9th, canadian address appeared same day.

In my case 15 days.

Are you looking for news guys? Looked on ECAS today, my mailing address has changed from one address to two, one showing my intended address in Alberda and my address for correspondance. Got home, on the doormat - COPR! TURN ME RED BIG MAN. ;D I have to land before 21 Nov 2013.
