I am sorry for the very late reply. I used the email that requested passport copy. But I don't think it's matter in my case as I received the letter literally a few hours after I sent the email. They did email me back 6 days later, confirming that they already sent the letter. Hope that helps.

I emailed the office and filled out the web form. They sent me confirmation email after one day, right before I was planning to call.

My friend just got a full Alberta licence with a G2 (how lucky!). I ended getting an Ontario G licence. Will wait till Jan to exchange mine as I got my G2 in Jan 2017 (just wanted to make sure I can show 2 years experience).

I got DM on ECAS (both sides) on Jul 27 from Vancouver office also ( I applied to Mississauga office originally). I havent heard anything from them since then :(
