October applicant (app received - 27th Oct). My test date was 29 Jan. DM since first week Feb. still waiting for oath.

I am waiting for an invite as well. test was in last week on January 2018 and status changed to DM in second week of Feb. I also received a survey.

Hi, my wife wrote my name in the spouse section and attached a covering letter stating that "passport/picture for my spouse have not been included in the package as he is also my sponsor". Hope this helps.
