Thanks for the replies - I think it was a combo of both. Not selecting England (whoops) and it not working with the UCI number, but rather another option. Thanks again! So relieved to see it there... finally... couldn't handle another possible delay!

What kind of questions did they ask you? My boyfriend is potentially coming over in a month to wait out the end of the application (I'm sponsoring him). I've been the one filling in the paperwork etc - so a bit worried he might get caught out on any questions!
