hi guys, just an update embassy callled us this morning and said they have send back the passport by mistake... and we can either mail it back to them for a visa or come in person and get it same day... just thought id let you guys know...

gost, thanks for your reply. i have tried to contact them many many times. Through e mail,they hardly answer it...ill email them today and in a month get a reply when its important i cant wait that long you know what i mean....When calling its even worst. Nobody picks up, its an automatic...

missmini its ok no need to appologize. im currious now - in our email it didn't say anything about coming in person. If we go (because we think its the best way) will they give us visa same day, or just return us home :(

Few years ago when we were bf and gf, not married, more like common law, we tried that but as a tourist to visit me in Canada and we submitted a bunch of stuff even thought we didnt have much since we lived apart prior to applying for a visitors visa.....we got declined reason being we didnt...

hi, when we applied to mississauga,honestly i didnt provide much evidence - few pictures, few phone cards, some pictures from wedding....that was all. As a sponsor i was approved within a few months.....

IOM is ok, if its there to help us, or make things easier.... first we mailed the passport to the address in email to Sarajevo, then they forwarded it, tracked the passport, but embassy claimed they never recieved (by tracking num it arrived i vienna may 14) on may 16th i got in contact with...

so,its a bad idea to go drop it off to viena instead of doing as they suggest in email......what if i still go, can they just send me home without a visa and mail it to me later......that i dont think would be fair.

Does Vienna accept walk ins? As in, just come in morning, drop off passport, explain situation and all that ? someone mentioned it so i thought id ask and make sure

thanks gost. Tell me, if you go in with the letter (in my case email) where they ask you to provide passport...do they give you visa the same day? We are deffinetly going to pay them a visit to get COPR. just want to be sure....ill read some of the experiences but right now im just way too...
