Glad to see so many post there. Well friends, can some body please tell that, when we applied in NOC which is not in 38 list, then how did you manage to reapply in NOC available in 38 list. For example: I applied in NOC 2281 and got rejected. Now, the category related to my field is 0213.

I have read on CIC web site the following phrase: "*Experience is defined as continuous full-time or equivalent part-time paid work experience." Can some body please let me know that exact meaning of the or equivalent part-time paid work experience.? Waiting for any response.

Malli My friend just got rejection letter and he received it after 40-45 days, I think it varies from place to place, I would like to mention herer that he belongs to INDIA and it took 40-45 days to reach here. He also got his money (DD) back.
