There is another stream for them, I forgot its name (experience class...). They should have counted the points a 2nd year PhD student can have. For most people it is less than 67. Unless they are married or have overseas work experience. They were the target of this PhD stream?

I think so. We should send them letters indicating the interpretation of Sydney and the fact that we get adapted by living in Canada regardless of getting a degree.

Me too. We could not check that box because our studies were not complete and our work experience was not full-time as they were asking for. That's very stupid of them!!! I also put a cover letter clarifying that situation.
