We should all send emails sunday night, so the start of the week they can check their inboxes and wake up!!! We shouldn't give up on shooting emails every now and then.

We should all email them so they get to work. They get our medicals quickly but they take ages to process our cases. This should not be done. It is not fair!!!!!!
