You already "waited" for 10 years. I suggest "pushing" your self couple more months or a year to be in the safe side. Immigration officer can disqualify you indirectly by delaying your application until you lose your PR status

I submitted my application on October & answered Q-9C with "NO". My application got AOR and "In Process" afterward. So I suggest answering it with "No" next time you submit your application

I'm pretty sure you will get it within days. I feel that they they are handling the flood of our applications as quickly as possible. The differentiation between that pile won't be more than few days or weeks by maximum.
