you have to provide them all of these docs..a photocopy is enough..my wife was also studying during our application process so just provide them proof that you're wife is currently studying..once they received all these docs that would be another 1-2 months of waiting..

my wife did this before..it's just like renewing a PR card but you need to inform CIC that you'll change your last name.

I think it's ok but you need to change your mailing address. When you check your status online you will see it there how to change mailing address.

same process for applying marriage cert or a cenomar..you can apply online thru NSO website or ask someone in phil to apply in your behalf..:)

hi kabayan, we have the same case and my application took only almost 8 months..while waiting email from Abu Dhabi VO (usually it will take a month) just prepare additional docs (Notice of Assessment (NOA), T1 and T4); three (3) recent pay stubs) and other docs which will be sent to your email...

You need also to check your emails. It's likely Abu Dhabi VO is now working on your application. :)
